Delivery to a different address
PermaLawn takes fraud prevention very seriously and we do as much as we can to ensure that your method of payment that has been used has not been attained illegally.
Please be aware that PermaLawn will only ship orders to the same address as the billing address on your order. This check has been put into place to protect all parties involved including the business (PermaLawn) and our valued customers.
On future orders we may review this restriction and there is the potential to have this lifted on two main points:
1. The payment method used is either a debit card or direct bank transfer
2. The associated billing address is provided with it

PermaLawn can only replace items that have been signed for as damaged upon arrival, so please be sure as to check your package before signing for it with our courier. The PermaLawn team ensure that all parcels are correctly packaged and wrapped before dispatch. It is the customer's responsibility to check all parcels. There is the possibility that packages are damaged whilst in transit, if so sign for your package as damaged and contact PermaLawn as soon as possible.
